About the Role
The Outside Sale Rep is responsible for driving new sales growth, following up on new and existing customers and achieving their weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
The role will be focused on growing our business and will be responsible for becoming experts in identifying challenges that our existing and prospective customers face. Work collaboratively with the team to execute strategies to secure and close new business while providing our customers with the best experience possible.
This role is a key part of our strategic growth plan and offers a competitive base salary with incentive opportunities tied to performance.

What your day will look like:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and expanded business.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and CRM utilization goals.
- Collaborate with branch management and operations teams to ensure service is excellent for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales progress in HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door outreach and initiating contact with decision makers.
- Ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using CRM systems, quoting processes and tracking sales activity.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
