Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls regarding new bookings, changes to existing bookings, or complaints.
- Support the sales team by accurately creating and maintaining orders and bookings in ServiceCore.
- Communicate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide professional client support before, during and after events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams.
- Ability to work in a team setting with inside and outside sellers.
- General construction or event industry knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- High School diploma.
